I was looking to hire someone to install porcelain tiles in my front room and den when a friend of mine saw a review in her neighborhood app regarding Nezto Remodeling. She gave me the number and quickly got a return call from Juan. We set a day in which he would come out and give me an estimate. He was very nice and gave me a call prior to arriving. In speaking with Juan, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the work he did and explained what would be needed. We worked out the cost and set a date for installation. I am someone who is very leary when it comes to hiring people to do work in my home, so I was hoping I was doing the right thing. Juan kept in communication with me throughout the install which meant alot. Juan and his crew were very polite and worked their butts off. After completing the install, I was very pleased with the project, as were my family and friends. Hands down, I made the right choice in hiring Juan to complete my floor installation. I met with Juan a few months back for a quote. Once I was ready he still honored his price even though a few months passed. Him and his crew worked fast and were very professional. I had 2 rooms, living room, hall way and cabinets redone with vinyl tile. It took only 3 days. I was surprised how quick they were. I'm very pleased. If I had questions he responded pretty quickly. I'd definitely recommend.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job with our kitchen backsplash. It was a challenging tile shape and color pattern, but they were able to work with us and get a lovely job done. They worked tirelessly for two days and we are so appreciative for their hard work. We will definitely recommend them and will use them when we are ready to do the master bathroom!

We recommend Juan whole heartedly. We did a fairly major renovation of our home this year and hired several different craftsmen, and Juan was the best of them. His work is meticulous and gorgeous! He replaced about 1800 sq ft of builder-grade tile, carpet and baseboards with bamboo hardwood flooring and real wood tall carved baseboards, and did a fabulous job. And despite what great quality he provides, his price was quite low. Juan is your best choice for floors, hands down.

Juan and his team were extremely professional and he gave us a great quote on hard wood flooring for 3 bedrooms. A while back I posted on Nextdoor that I was looking for someone who could repair or replace wood and tile floors. I got several recommendations and someone told me that I would really like Juan Mendez. Well I wish I knew who to thank specifically because Juan just finished a big remodel that included ripping out all our wood and travertine floors and replacing them with marble. He did a wonderful job, and his bid was considerably lower than the three other bids I received. In fact, Juan was the only one whose bid included new baseboards and offered to pull out an old and very dated bathroom vanity at no extra charge. He also included pulling out and replacing the bathroom toilet and the other bids only covered pulling out the toilet and not re-installing it. They said I’d need a plumber to do that. I normally am very wary when a bid comes in much lower than the others, but Juan does the labor himself. With Juan, you’re not paying for a lot of overhead, and you’re also not paying for an owner who’s going to send his crew and make a profit on top of whatever he’s paying his crew. It was not surprising that the company that Floor and Decor recommended was the highest bid of all... over $2000 higher than Juan! And that was just for labor. And Juan didn’t want a dime till all the work was done and I was completely happy with it. I highly recommend Juan Mendez

Juan and his helper installed our wood flooring and trim for a remodel project and we are extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Juan’s attention to detail is amazing! Juan is very professional and is five star with customer service as he answered my 191 questions. Juan walked me through the whole process and helped me buy all the necessary items for the project. We will definitely be using Juan and helper for future projects.

Juan and his team installed 2200 sq. ft. of flooring and baseboard in our home. Our installation required demolition, and some leveling, and the new flooring installation -- all of which Juan and his team did very well. In addition, the baseboard work was impeccable!

Mr. Mendez and his team installed our floors in two different phases at our request. The downstairs install was done first and was done professionally, with care and transparency. The second installation was done at a later date. The difference between the first install and the second installation was consistency. Mr. Mendez and his team proved to be consistent in professionally installing our flooring with care and transparency. Mr. Mendez provided us with insight on this second install when he didn't have to. He provided us with options on how to best have our LVP tile installed on stairs. Needless to say the install was done in a timely fashion, professionally and well communicated with transparency. We are very happy with our flooring installation and Mr. Mendez's world class customer service. We will be using Mr. Mendez and his team for future home improvement projects.
